How do I find shops near me?
Use the map on the homepage or the Search page. Zoom in on your city to see gem markers — each gem is a local shop.
Is it free to browse?
Yes — browsing, searching, and contacting shops on GEMIO is completely free for shoppers.
How do I book an appointment?
Open any service business (Beauty, Fitness, Health, etc.) and use the booking form on the right side. Fill in your name, preferred date, and notes.
Can I pay through GEMIO?
Yes — add items to your cart and check out securely via Stripe. GEMIO takes a 5% fee; the rest goes directly to the seller.
How do I list my business?
Click 'Start for free' at the top of any page to register your shop in under 2 minutes.
Why isn't my review showing up?
Reviews may take a moment to load. Make sure you've written at least a sentence in the review text — a star rating alone won't submit.
